Our global presence

In 2019, corporate revenues were more than $3.0 billion ($3.5 billion including affiliates), with $33 billion of assets under management in our investment management segment.

McLaren

Advising on sale-and-leaseback of McLaren Group’s HQ

Our EMEA Corporate Capital Solutions and UK National Capital Markets teams were instructed by McLaren Group to advise on the sale and leaseback of its global UK headquarters in Woking, Surrey.

Five Guys

Bringing the US burger chain Five Guys to top locations in Austria

We advised the international franchise company on finding the best locations in Austria to launch their burger concept. The location in Vienna's city centre impresses with its wonderful view of the Graben as well as a generous outdoor area directly at the Graben.

Closing the biggest deal in Dublin’s Central Business District

Our team in Dublin closed a massive deal on behalf of LinkedIn to add a further 43,000 sq m to the 15,000 sq m that we had already acquired for them. This latest leasing transaction takes LinkedIn’s total presence in Dublin up to a massive 58,000 sq m, across four new office buildings. Before that, the Colliers’ London Offices team acted on behalf of LinkedIn on the letting of The Ray Farringdon building in London.
