You will live in your home country, where you have the right to work, for 12 months. Following this, you will move abroad for six months and experience what it is like to work in a different service line and country. You will have a final six-month period in an additional international location, before returning home. You will have gained a wealth of experience and be ready to pursue your career at Colliers as a Chartered Surveyor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I apply for the programme if I live outside of the six home countries?

Yes, you can apply for the programme, however, please note that successful applications will need to be processed on a case-by-case basis in order to arrange the corresponding visa sponsorship certificate for the programme.

Will I have to find my own accommodation to live in during the duration of the programme?

Yes! As future talent in our business we expect you to be able to source your own accommodation throughout the duration of the programme. However, we appreciate that moving to a foreign country is not easy, so we will support you every step of the way with advice and guidance from a local perspective.

What languages will be beneficial for the programme?

It is vital that all candidates can speak a fluent level of English. You will have exposure to international clients and colleagues in which English will be the business language spoken. Do I get to select the countries I go to?

No, you will work in three different countries in total and they will be pre-selected based on your home country and the competencies you need to gain in order to undertake your APC.

How much will I get paid?

You will be paid competitively in-line with the going rate for the profession in the region. Details will be discussed during the application process.
