Firms of all sizes should be opening their doors to potential new recruits by offering site visits, practical exercises, challenges, and competitions designed to inform potential surveyors about the opportunities available to them and to enthuse candidates to consider a career in commercial real-estate. Our EMEA Graduate Programme is a structured two-and-a-half-year programme which will kickstart your career and develop the skills you will need to become a qualified commercial real-estate surveyor . The programme provides our graduate surveyors with opportunities to fully immerse themselves in hands-on, practical activities and to experience working across the EMEA region, with two 6 month international rotations included in the two-year scheme.
