Part of the corporate mindset that has contributed to this success is the continued policy of the Colliers EMEA Graduate Programme to recruit according to each applicants’ abilities and potential without bias according to gender, ethnicity or background. ​

 

Across the EMEA region around 15% of qualified surveyors are women. Our grad program has always welcomed applications from talented individuals and aims to encourage women to make the most of the training and other opportunities the scheme provides. ​

 

Our EMEA Graduate Programme is a structured two-and-a-half-year programme to kickstart your career and develop you to become a qualified surveyor through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) - an internationally recognised certificate of professional standard. ​

 

Whether you’re just starting your career or already part of Colliers you’re eligible to apply for the programme.
